Whenever there is a mighty move of God we begin to hear prophecies or divine announcements of what is coming. There is talk of seasons changing, doors opening, and new paths to walk in. There is also proclamations and declarations that describe changes taking place in the atmosphere, heavenly realms, and in the earth. We are told that if we want to partake of the blessings and participate in the move of God that we need to “shift” or move along with God, not resisting what He is doing or the changes that He is making. All of this is absolutely wonderful to me. Even when things are going well in my life, I am always in awe of God’s sovereignty, majesty, and omnipotence.
